Welcome to Humber: Key Preparation for Starting your Journey Join us for Humber’s International Orientation. Join two of our International Student Advisors (ISAs) as they introduce you to on-campus resources, immigration matters, and upcoming orientation events to help you transition to life and learning in Canada! This is an essential workshop filled with critical information as you prepare to start your studies at Humber. |

Morcare Student Health Insurance Students are invited to join our insurance partner to learn more about their Humber health insurance plans, how to submit claims, add family members, and more. |

Social Insurance Number (SIN) 1:1 appointments in-person International students can have their Social Insurance Number processed in person at the Lakeshore Campus. This event is first come, first served. Appointments are limited. |

International Students Orientation - Lakeshore Campus Pre-registration is Mandatory; space is limited. Come join us as we have fun getting to know each other! This is a great opportunity to meet other Lakeshore Campus international students, some of our International Student Advisors and International Student Ambassadors. A light lunch will be provided. Students who reserve a space will receive location details in advance of the event. |

Central Orientation Activities:
Meet Your Faculty (August 31 and September 1, 2023)
These sessions are designed to provide students with a chance to hear from their program faculty and learn more about how Humber is here to help them succeed.

How international students can register for/RSVP to in-person and virtual workshops:
To RSVP to Humber International events and workshops, international students must use Humber’s iCent App.
They can follow these steps to download the app:
- Step 1: Open Google Play or the Apple App Store, search for “iCent” and install the app
- Step 2: Select Country as “Canada” and Institution Name as “Humber College”
- Step 3: Select “Single Sign-On” and enter their Humber username and password
- Step 4: They should now have access to the Humber iCent app! If a student has trouble accessing the iCent app, they can email support@icent.app
- Step 5: Students should click on “Events & Workshops” and then “Event Sign-Up”, and follow the RSVP instructions after selecting the event they’re interested in joining.
