#MyHumberStory: Lessons from a Not-for-Profit Leader

Since graduating from Humber’s PR program in 1981, Ingrid Perry has enjoyed a 40+ year career as a recognizable leader in fundraising, corporate communications, and strategic development in the not-for-profit sector.

She has led the charge at top GTA charitable organizations, including St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, Women’s College Hospital Foundation, North York General Hospital Foundation, Mackenzie Health and more while contributing to advancement in the arts and nation-wide capital campaigns.

In 2017, Ingrid was acknowledged as AFP Greater Toronto Chapter Fundraising Professional of the Year – a testament to her incredible impact. She continues to pay it forward as a coach, mentor and inspiration to young professionals pursuing PR and fundraising.
