The Library and Humber Archives invites you to join us this Pride Month for free movie screenings from our collection! The screenings are open to all interested students, staff, and members of the Humber community, and take place at both North and Lakeshore campuses.
This year we will be showing The Wizard of Oz (1939), a classic film starring gay icon Judy Garland, Unfolding the Butterfly (2000), a documentary on Humber professor and author of The Jade Peony, Wayson Choy, and Wildhood (2021), a film directed by Bretten Hannam, about a Mi’kmaw teenager’s journey of self-discovery.
Prior to each movie, join us for some movie trivia and the chance to win some prizes.
