Head to the Centre for Urban Ecology for a workshop on Beautiful Native Plants.

Native plants are beautiful, easy to grow options for any space. Join us for a Beautiful Native Plants workshop and discover how native plants can enhance your garden while supporting local ecosystems.

This workshop is led by staff from the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), and participants will receive a free copy of the TRCA's Greening Your Grounds Homeowner’s Guide, filled with practical instructions for creating your own natural garden oasis at home. 

Who: This event is for staff and students of Humber Polytechnic and the University of Guelph-Humber.

When: Tuesday, October 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Where: Inside the Centre for Urban Ecology, Humber Arboretum 

How: This event is free but space is limited. Please register in advance to reserve your spot.
