Student Wellness and Equitable Learning is thrilled to announce a collaborative initiative between Humber Polytechnic and Family Services Toronto.
Grounded in a commitment within Humber's Well-Being Strategy to boost a diversity of mental health supports and resources, we are launching a pilot project designed to provide virtual group-based mental health support during the Winter 2025 semester. Recognizing the diverse challenges faced by our learners, this strategic partnership not only promotes individual well-being but also facilitates seamless connections to community resources.
If you are teaching faculty and would like to amplify this pilot project in your classroom, you can download the attached promotional flyer to integrate into your classes and share widely with your learners.
We encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback on this exciting pilot project, as well as continue to promote this initiative with your networks. For any inquiries or further information, please feel free to contact Gabriela Yepez at gabriela.yepez@humber.ca.
Thank you for your continued support as we work together to enhance the mental health and well-being of our learners!
