The Lakeshore Principal’s Office, in collaboration with Humber Idea Lab, Lakeshore Grounds Interpretive Centre and the Library, are excited to invite you to a Craft and Play Café event in celebration of Pride Month. Join us on June 10 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the G Commons for an afternoon of drop-in activities for students, staff, and faculty to enjoy. Come with your creativity, show off your pride, and celebrate with the Humber community. Snacks will be available while supplies last.  

Stations/Activities planned: 

• Button-making 
• Bandana Making: decorate a bandana with iron-on vinyl designs 
• Photobooth 
• Photo Frame/Card Decorating 
• Pride Pop-up Library with lots of 2SLGBTQ+ authors, including fiction, poetry, memoir and more! You can borrow books right at the event.
• Movie Screening:  Everything Everywhere All at Once; an immigrant mother and daughter learn to fight for and not with each other (literally) as they navigate generational trauma and coming out to your family in a reality bending action movie inspired by Asian martial arts movies.
• Special giveaway item, while supplies last
