This semester new international students will be welcomed by particularly frosty weather. Some may be prepared for the winter, but others need to acquire winter gear or would benefit from an upgrade in quality. To help ensure that these students keep warm, the Humber UNB 3rd Year Nursing Students and Suzanne Tinglin (instructor) will be hosting a Winter Survival Event for students at Lakeshore Campus on November 26, 2015 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the A building room 170 .
We are seeking donations of gently used winter wear and non-perishable food items for the Lakeshore Community in particular International Students. We are in need of coats but we would also appreciate hats, scarves, mittens, gloves etc. Donations can be brought to room D224, North Campus or room H100A, Lakeshore Campus between October 22, 20015 and November 19, 2015.
