2026 Build Green Symposium

Humber Polytechnic is proud to host the 2026 Build Green Symposium on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at our North Campus. This full-day event is presented in partnership with the Toronto Community Benefits Network and brings together industry leaders, community partners, sustainability practitioners, and changemakers to explore the future of green building, climate action, and inclusive workforce development.  

The symposium will feature: 

  • An exhibition trade floor for vendors and organizations engaged in sustainable construction and green technologies.  
  • A variety of breakout sessions on topics like Growing and Greening Canadian Construction, Embedding Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility (EDIA) in Climate-Resilient Infrastructure, The Future of Housing: Prefabricated Construction, and even a panel exploring sustainability at Humber, showcasing Humber’s own campus energy transition initiative
