Support Staff Professional Development (SSPD) Program on March 5

A series of professional development workshops are being offered to Humber and the University of Guelph-Humber support staff as part of the 2026 Support Staff Professional Development (SSPD) Event happening from March 3 to 6 during our Winter Reading Week break.   

SSPD Program for the Day on March 5: 

  • Homewood Employee and Family Assistance Program Information Session  
  • Creating the Conditions for Belonging​  
  • CAAT Retirement Planning Session​    
  • Sustainability at Humber: Where You Fit and How to Make an Impact​  
  • Introducing the Indigenous Education Plan: A Learning Workshop

Please visit the Support Staff Professional Development Event website to register for workshops that are still open. Registration will close at 8 a.m. on March 5.  

Registration is open to all support staff employees, including full-time, part-time, casual, and temporary staff.
