You’re invited to attend the STOP HARM Violence Minimization Workshop. The workshop designed to help you build practical skills for managing conflict, crisis, and personal safety in the workplace and beyond.
This interactive session explores the impact of stress on mental health and equips participants with tools to stay calm, recognize potential hazards, and respond effectively to high-risk situations. You’ll also learn practical self-protection strategies grounded in neuroscience and biomechanics.
