The School of Creative and Performing Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Maclean as Program Co-ordinator, Creative Book Publishing.

A publishing educator with almost 20 years’ experience, Alison will oversee publishing curriculum, instruction, and operations, and work with director emerita Cynthia Good to promote the Humber program. Her first day was November 3, 2014.

Alison has held a wide variety of executive positions in publishing, including associate publisher at Doubleday/ Seal and at Madison Press Books. She was most recently global resource manager at Wiley. She has extensive experience in publishing education, having taught in and directed post-secondary publishing programs at Simon Fraser University, Centennial College and Humber College.
