Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Rowbotham as Director, Facilities & Capital Development, effective October 21, 2013.

Jane has over 25 years’ experience in facilities management in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Jane’s experience at the Centre for Health and Safety Innovation, Brookfield Johnson Controls and CB Richard Ellis will be a tremendous asset to Humber as we implement the Capital Plan. Jane has an excellent record of achievement and has steadily been promoted throughout her career.

Reporting to Carol Anderson, Senior Director of Strategic Asset Management, Jane‘s primary responsibilities will focus on facilities operations, renovations, and new construction.

Since 2005, Jane has been an executive member of the Board of Directors of the International Facilities Management Association in the Toronto Chapter and is currently serving as Past President. She also holds a Facilities Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Public Administration from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
