Please join me in congratulating Susan Miller to her new position as Associate Director, Campus Services.  Susan is exceptionally qualified for the position.  She holds a Master of Education from OISE and has been the Lakeshore Residence Manager for the past two and a half years. Prior to this, she worked for four years at Sault College as the Manager of Residence and Student Life, where she was responsible for the residence facility, residence life, student conduct and off-campus housing programs. Susan has also worked at York University as a Dispute Resolution Advisor and at Glendon College as Manager of Student Affairs.

Susan is passionate about supporting students and creating a positive community environment in residence.
