KPI survey results have lead to improvements such as:

  • New open access computer labs
  • Improved signage at the North Campus
  • New facilities at the Lakeshore Campus

This survey is part of a government of Ontario initiative to track five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across Ontario colleges. Administered yearly, the KPI student satisfaction results provide Humber with important information to support continuous improvement of the Humber experience.
