Are you working towards your Professional Communications Certificate? This is the foundation course and required to complete this program.

Interpersonal communication begins with understanding the foundation of communication.

This workshop explores the “roots” of communication-reading, writing, speaking and listening. You will identify your strengths, areas for improvement, and develop a plan of action to increase your ability as an effective communicator. You will also gain a greater awareness of others’ communication skills, and methods to overcome communication barriers.
