Humber conducted its first employee engagement survey in November 2014. The results showed that we have an opportunity to better recognize our employees’ work and contributions to the college. As our Employee Recognition Program takes shape, I am inviting your input into the process through a brief and anonymous survey administered by CCI Research. An invitation email is being sent to a random sample of approximately one-third of Humber employees. Those who do not receive the email, but wish to participate in the survey, are welcome to do so at: humber.ca/wearehumber/staff/employee-engagement-survey In addition to work already underway, the survey is your opportunity to inform and lead the direction of the Employee Recognition Program. The survey will ask you about overall college recognition such as service awards and appreciation events as well as academic school/department-level recognition. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. This survey is completely confidential and your responses will be grouped together with others for reporting purposes.
