Acting training is largely about developing a solid foundation of technique, so that an actor’s imagination can flourish and express effectively. Many of the basic technical tools an actor employs are intriguingly relevant and effective tools in pedagogy. This workshop will explore acting skills that a teacher can employ to facilitate and enhance communication. It will also address the open, vulnerable presentation of SELF that makes fine actors, and fine teachers, accessible and compelling.
