In this workshop you will learn that the term ‘customer service’ is out of date and what matters most now is the ‘customer experience’. This cutting-edge session is about creating experiences that connect with your customers, colleagues, or students. The Customer Experience is all about “how you made them feel.” We’ll help you ‘WOW’ your customers by giving you tips & techniques to turn ordinary moments of contact into extraordinary ones!
