The Easy Start Transition Program for students with disabilities aims to provide new students with resources and information to assist in transitioning to post-secondary studies at Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber. The program includes interactive opportunities to explore Humber’s services and learn about accessing academic accommodations. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with returning students registered with Disability Services, learn about financial assistance and tour our campus.

This year the Easy Start Transition Program is taking place as follows:

  • Lakeshore Campus – Tuesday August 19th, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • North Campus – Wednesday August 20th, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (includes Orangeville Campus, the University of Guelph-Humber and the Centre for Trades and Technology)

In addition, we are hosting an additional session on August 21st, 2014 from 9:30am to 3:00pm at the North Campus for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
