Today - The School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism is pleased to announce special guest Chef Adam Cowan, Corporate Chef of Nestlé Professional will be at the North Campus concourse area serving up flavorful Food Truck inspired dishes complements of Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S.
Chef Cowan will also reveal the details of the Nestlé Professional®MINOR’S Food Truck Challenge where three students will be selected to compete in a head-to-head culinary competition on Nov. 14th to win one of three prizes ranging from $500 - $1000.
