We are halfway through Year 2 of the strategic plan. How are we doing with regard to achieving the ambitious five-year success outcomes we’ve set for ourselves? What have we achieved so far? Have the internal and external conditions changed significantly? What initiatives are currently in progress and what can we expect as areas of focus in Year 3?
