In May 2012 a group of culinary students will travel to Burgundy, France. This trip is a part of the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism ‘Study Abroad’ experiences offered to students in our programs.

Funds raised at the dinner/silent auction will be donated to the study abroad trip to Bourgogne.

Escargot as Persil
Escargot in a butter-garlic-parsley sauce

Coq au Vin
Red wine marinated chicken, served with new potatoes, onions and mushrooms.

Poires au Vinet Cassis
Poached pears with cassis and red wine sauce, served over vanilla ice cream.
