Ever wondered how some people always seem to know what to say and how to say it in any situation? They have a knack for saying the right words, at the right time and with the right attitude. These people have mastered the art of communicating with confidence, credibility, composure and compassion – a skill that is perhaps one of the most crucial skills each of us need for making connections, influencing others and attaining results.

In this session you will gain insight into the impact your communication style has in a variety of situations...good, bad and ugh! Discover exactly how to deliver your message clearly and persuasively, no matter who you’re talking to or what the subject matter is, as well as banish common verbal and non-verbal patterns that may be undermining your credibility and your communication strengths.

This workshop ends at 12:00 noon.

There are a few spots left in this workshop, so register soon!
