Various locations In this session, we go beyond conventional diversity training to become gender-intelligent. We explore the biological and sociological contours of sex and gender, how deep-seated gendered behaviours shape communication patterns, problem solving, collaboration, and leadership styles. We then assess how learners can develop a gender-intelligent leadership approach that better harnesses gendered behaviours and improves their organization’s culture and effectiveness.
