On Friday, November 10, Humber will hold the following Remembrance Day activities.

North Campus – students, employees and visitors are asked to join in two minutes of silence at 11:11 a.m. to acknowledge Remembrance Day. As a reminder, a public address announcement will be made at 10:00 a.m. A second PA announcement will follow at 11:11 a.m. to begin the two minutes of silence. Please take this time to remember the 117,000 Canadians who lost their lives in wartime and peace keeping missions, along with the 1.8 million Canadians who have risked their lives to protect the freedoms we experience every minute of every day.

Lakeshore Campus – A service for employees, students and visitors will be held at 10:50 a.m. in the Lakeshore Campus Student Welcome and Resource Centre, Room WEL201.

Flags at both campuses will be lowered on Saturday, November 11, 2017.
