In a continued effort to support your transition to Chrome River, Financial Services and Planning is offering one-on-one drop-in sessions to help you with your first expense report.
What is the intent of the drop-in sessions?
The intent of the drop-in session is to troubleshoot any challenges you have encountered with Chrome River. This is not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed training session where we walkthrough each feature of Chrome River. Participants are expected to have explored the features of Chrome River and attempted to add expenses to a report. If you have not had an opportunity to attend a demo session or training session please review the training material available on the Finance website (humber.ca/finance) or Chrome River online help (user must be logged into Chrome River).
What is the format of the drop-in session?
Drop-in sessions will run on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please arrive at the meeting room with your own device (i.e. laptop, tablet or mobile).
