Arboretum Blvd Lane Closure for Parking Garage Construction

This operation is being extended as follows due to inclement weather.

Arboretum Blvd Northbound Lane Closure for Parking Garage Construction – April 11 to April 20, 2018

When April 11 to April 20, 2018 April (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily)
Location Single northbound lane of Arboretum Boulevard, next to the new Parking Garage construction site, will be closed. See drawing.
Purpose To enable the contractor to erect the south end of the office/retail space that forms part of the new Parking Garage.
Additional Details
  1. The contractor will be erecting a portable crane (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) that will be taken down daily.
  2. Several truckloads of construction products, precast concrete panels, etc. will be delivered.
  3. The contractor will put a detour in place for pedestrian traffic during this time.
  4. Please obey flag persons on Arboretum Blvd that will be directing traffic through the Work Area / Area of Closure.
  5. When possible, please use entrance “E” off of Humber College Blvd to access Parking Lot No. 1
