The National Day of Mourning is held annually in Canada and other countries around the world on April 28. On this day, workers, families, employers and others honour those workers who have been killed, been injured or suffered illness on the job.  

Let us continue working together to renew our efforts to continually improve health and safety in the workplace.   

To observe the day and to affirm Humber’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe and healthy work and study environment, campus flags will be flown at half-mast on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
