We Are Engaged

Since the official launch of our strategic planning process in late August 2017, I have highlighted the importance of community engagement to make the best road map possible to guide Humber for the next five years.

Over the last several months, Humber has sought to engage our community in developing this plan. To date, we have seen close to 1,200 of you contribute to our planning discussions through our student consultation sessions (held at North, Lakeshore, Orangeville and Carrier Drive), town halls, industry and community partner roundtables, and employee and student surveys. 4,500 of you joined us virtually by either reviewing our promotional video or visiting our informational websites.

Our community consultations closed on Monday, October 16. As our strategic planning team compiles your contributions over the next few weeks, they will make the summaries available to you on the strategic planning student webpage and WeAreHumber. Once we analyze the feedback, Humber’s strategic priorities will be developed. In the spring, we will hold formal sessions on the draft plan.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and who continue to make Humber a leading postsecondary educational institution.
