What Humber’s COI Network Offers Faculty Members

Humber faculty members have an acute understanding of the challenges an uncertain economy and workforce means for students. Our professors have substantial industry experience and work hard to prepare students for successful careers. They know how important it is for students to embrace an innovative mindset and be equipped with the skills and ability to learn and adapt to the infinite challenges in today’s workplaces.

And when faculty members may not have the resources or specific expertise to deliver everything their students require, Humber’s COI Network can help. We offer hands-on experiences for their students with community and industry partners, cementing what faculty have taught students in the classroom with opportunities to apply their skills and gain valuable work experience.

The COI Network can provide resources to help design and facilitate assignments for students or provide opportunities for them to work on an applied research or capstone project.Faculty members can go beyond the classroom and put their talents, experience, and network to use on a wide variety of our exciting projects, from developing innovative technologies to creating new collaborations to making a difference in local and global communities.
