Engineering Degree Tutoring Services
Learners in Humber College’s Bachelor of Engineering Degree Programs (Information Systems, Mechatronics, and The Built Environment) can receive free tutoring for Math & Physics. These services are also available to students from Sault College who are studying jointly with Humber College.
One on One Tutoring for First Year Courses
Tutoring is available for first year Calculus, Physics and Linear Algebra courses, and some second year courses, offered by our Co-op Math Tutors (university students working at Humber) and Peer Tutors (upper year Humber students who are in your program).
One on one tutoring appointments are available in person or online. Click the “Book Now on Upswing” heading below, and search for the course code you need help with. You can select a tutor based on their expertise and availability.
Students can book in-person or online Engineering Tutoring appointments by visiting humber.upswing.io and using their Humber credentials to log into Upswing, our tutoring platform. Search for the course you are looking for support in to see the profiles and availability of our Engineering Tutors.
When booking an appointment, please specify if there is a specific topic you would like help with. For more guidance on using Upswing, refer to our Upswing Handbook.
