The Empowered Condominium Professional Micro-credential comprises 10 CMRAO CPE offerings that total approximately 30 hours to complete. The offerings are asynchronously designed for self-directed learning, each providing a stand-alone opportunity for professional growth and development. The offerings may be taken in any order, however, stacking all 10 will earn an Empowered Condominium Professional Micro-credential. Each course is a recognized eligible continuing professional education (cpe) activity.   • CNDO 008: Reserve Fund Study for Condominium Managers
  • CNDO 009: Common Expenses for Condominium Managers
  • CNDO 010: Managing Condominium Corporation Transitions

You are required to register for each individual course included in a CE program. You can register for a course by selecting it and following the instructions in the “How to Register” box.

Fees

Each CE program is comprised of a series of courses which may all have different fees. You are required to register for each course individually and pay the associated fees. Once you select the course, the fee is displayed in the “How to Register” box.
