Humber Suite Style Residence Rooms

Suite Style Rooms (North & Lakeshore Campus)

The North Residence has 143 Suites which can accommodate 286 residents. Suites at the North Campus are generally prioritzed for Returning Residents, but first year students are given the opportunity to place themselves on the suite waitlist in their initial application. (There are also a limited number of triple suites at the North)

The Lakeshore Residence has 213 Suites which can accommodate 425 residents. Suites are fully furnished and contain two bedrooms which share a kitchenette and washroom.

Bedrooms:

  • Two bedrooms, each with double bed
  • Two pull out drawers under bed for extra storage
  • Carpeting in the bedroom
  • Closet with shelves
  • Desk with chair
  • Blinds
  • Cable ports for cable TV
  • Garbage and recycling containers
  • Ceiling light

Kitchenette:

  • Full size fridge with freezer
  • Microwave
  • Single sink
  • Cupboards
  • Kitchen table and two chairs
  • Cement style floor
  • Ceiling Light
  • Carbon monoxide/smoke detector

Washroom:

  • Toilet and sink
  • Shower (Students provide their own shower curtain)

Note: In your residence application, you will fill out a roommate profile and a roommate selection process will take place in August.
