AODA Accessible Customer Service Training

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005) requires Humber College to become fully accessible to people with disabilities by 2025. All Humber employees who are full-time, part-time, sessional, contract and work-study students are required to complete the AODA Online Training.

Accessing the 30-Minute AODA Online Training Tool:

  1. Go to http://hrs.humber.ca/aoda
  2. Click on the link for your staff group i.e. Administration, Faculty or Support
  3. Choose the appropriate training language and format. The HTML version is designed for individuals with visual impairments
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the training
  5. On completion of the training:
  • Fill in your name on the certificate;
  • Fill in the date of completion on the certificate; and
  • Email the certificate to humanrights@humber.ca
