Winter 2025 In-Person Drop-In Support

Starting tomorrow, as part of our continued efforts to support you with your HR-related questions and/or tasks, we will offer in-person drop-in support at the North and Lakeshore campuses. These drop-ins are scheduled to align with the start of the semester, ensuring you have access to the support and resources needed during this crucial time.

Drop-In Session Information

North Campus - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Location: North Campus, LRC 6084

Lakeshore Campus – Thursdays
Location: North Campus, WEL 302A

The drop-ins will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be running during the month of January.

Representatives from Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR System Operations will be available to assist you with a range of topics, including recruitment (offer creation and acceptance), HRMS access, banking setup, timecard management, benefits enrollment, pension inquiries and more.
