The Business School participated at the 155th Anniversary of the Queen’s Plate on Sunday, July 6th, 2014 at Woodbine Entertainment where fashion, food, music, fun, and horses all come together. The Hats & Horseshoes event attracts approximately 35, 000 people annually and is the largest continuously run stakes in Canada and the United States. With the help of The Placement Centre, Humber College was represented in a fabulously and whimsically decorated tent where attendees had the opportunity to learn about the programs offered at Humber College. It was a great opportunity to support our community partner, Woodbine Entertainment, and a wonderful opportunity for Humber College students to network.
