Information Technology Services (ITS) has updated the Audio-Visual Event Support request form. 

If you have bookmarked the old form link, please note that all requests should be submitted at https://humber.ca/eventsupport.  

Audio-Visual Event Support is provided by the ITS Event Production team for events where technical requirements go beyond standard self-service setups. This may include more complex audio-visual needs, specialized equipment, or event specific technical support for in person, virtual, or hybrid events. 

Important reminder:  

• Submit one e-form per event. 
• Submit requests at least two weeks in advance.  
• High profile or large events should be submitted at least two months in advance. 
• Support is subject to scheduling and resource availability 
• All requests are reviewed and approved on a first come, first serve basis.
