As we are coming close to wrapping up the current CCR Year (May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021), the CCR team would like to provide a friendly reminder checklist to ensure smooth sailing into the new CCR year:

• Ensure students who participated in your CCR experience have added it to their CCR Record. Here is a link to video instructions you can provide to students.
• Ensure that you have reviewed all student CCR requests for your experience and have 0 pending requests before the April 30, 2021 deadline. Here are video instructions on how to manage CCR Requests.
• If you have current CCR experiences which you no longer plan to run for the upcoming CCR year, please email us with the position title so we can remove it from the 2021 – 2022 time period.

We truly appreciate the work put in by our campus partners to deliver valuable Co-Curricular experiences for our Humber and Guelph-Humber students.
