On Monday, November 9, 2015, David Teixeira joined Humber College on contract. He is back filling Nonna Jidovetskaia’s HR Analyst & SWF Administrator role during her upcoming leave. 

David has an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, where he majored in Psychology and minored in English Literature. After working for a couple of years as a Research Analyst for the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health, David attended California State University where he completed an M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His degree included courses focusing on organizational issues, statistics, complex analytical activities, testing and training. During this time, David also worked with the Los Angeles County Office of Education and for the Fullerton School District, as a Human Resources Analyst where he was responsible for a variety of activities such as job analysis, salary surveys, and developing assessment and evaluation tools.

David is looking forward to utilizing these key skills and experiences towards ensuring the Standard Workload Form (SWF) processes continue to operate smoothly. He will be a strong addition to the HR Services team and the Humber community!
