#HealthyHumber Recipes: Spicy Tuna Sliders

This recipe comes from Michailla, a third-year student completing the Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle program. She runs a food page on Instagram (@nutritioneats_) to share yummy recipes and connect with other foodies around the world.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can flaked tuna, in water 
  • 2-3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 stalk celery, diced 
  • 1 tbsp green onion, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 tsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Half a cucumber, sliced 

Method:

  1. Drain juice from the can of tuna, place tuna in a bowl
  2. Combine all ingredients excluding cucumber
  3. Slice cucumber and place tuna mix on top of individual pieces
