Humber’s New Remote Working Policy

Humber College has a new Remote Working Policy which is effective December 1, 2020. This policy sets forth Humber’s commitment to facilitating opportunities for employee well-being and engagement through the reinforcement of a culture of performance and care. At the heart of this policy is the overarching principle that employees can commit to and achieve organizational goals and objectives when motivated by opportunities for flexible working arrangements such as remote working.
