Launch of New eForm for Paid Event/Payment Requests — Now Available!

We’re excited to share some great news! As part of our transition from Eventbrite to the Humber Polytechnic eMarketPlace, we are launching a brand-new eForm (effective immediately) to make submitting paid event and payment form requests easier, faster, and more efficient.

Until now, paid event requests involved Excel templates and email exchanges, often leading to back-and-forth between Finance, requesters, and PayMyTuition (PMT). Starting now, we’re replacing that process with a streamlined eForm.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete the new eForm (available on our website).
  2. Your request is automatically routed to PMT.
  3. PMT builds your event/payment form and contacts you directly for validation.
  4. Finance is kept in the loop on all communications.

 ✅ Quick Reminder:

  • Free events → Keep using your own Eventbrite accounts.
  • Paid events → Use the new eForm 

This change will simplify the process, reduce delays, and give everyone more time to focus on creating amazing events for our community.
