New order forms have been created and uploaded to the Finance website which can be found at humber.ca/finance/forms-procedures under Purchasing/Procurement. Please note that one of the order forms is to be used when ordering name plates for the LRC and any new construction locations. Please fill out the form and email it to purchasing@humber.ca.
