As part of our commitment to respond to the employee engagement survey results, we are excited to introduce the People(s) and Culture’s new Service Delivery PODs! The Service Delivery PODs have been designed to enhance collaboration and improve service delivery across the Humber Polytechnic and the University of Guelph-Humber communities.
What are Service Delivery PODs?
The Service Delivery PODs are small, agile teams that will focus on specific client groups (Faculties/Departments) to enhance service delivery. Each POD includes members of cross-functional teams within People(s) and Culture that will lead to a more responsive and efficient approach to servicing our business needs.
Effective Monday, November 4, 2024, the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards (Pension and Benefits) teams will implement changes to their portfolios. Please refer to the “People(s) and Culture Service Delivery PODs” for the latest team members supporting each area. Please note that the HR Business Partners assignments will remain unchanged at this time. The Client Services team will implement changes to their portfolio, and have started a transition period, and a follow-up communication will be sent in the coming weeks with the HR Business Partner representatives for each POD.
