Rain gardens are beautiful outdoor spaces specially designed to absorb excess rainwater, filtering it as it returns to the soil. Learn how to create the right rain garden for your property, and take a tour of a rain garden at the Humber Arboretum. Participants will receive a free copy of the Greening Your Grounds Homeowner's Guide.
Please come prepared to spend up to 30 minutes outdoors, rain or shine.
This free Greening Your Grounds Workshop is presented by Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) in partnership with the Humber Arboretum. Please visit the TRCA Stewardship website to register.
