The Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre is pleased to launch the IWill Campaign to increase awareness around Mental Health and Wellbeing. The campaign focuses on providing students with resources to build self-awareness and connect them with helpful tools to promote mental health.
We encourage all Humber employees and students to use the Twitter handle #humberiwill over the month of February to indicate what you will do to promote mental health and wellbeing.
In early February, we will be handing out self-care kits and facilitating short depression/anxiety/stress screens for students. There will be health professionals available from the Health and Counselling centre to review the screens with students that are interested in having that conversation.
Event details:
February 3: North campus from 10am to 2pm in the Concourse
February 4: Lakeshore campus from 10 to 2pm in A168
February 10: HSF is hosting a Mental Health Fair from 11am to 3pm (North campus, HSF Student Centre, Lakeshore location is L Building Cafeteria)
