Come join us for “RECESS” -- a four-day student stress-busting extravaganza happening at both the North and Lakeshore Campuses. Dates: February 27 – March 2 Time: 12 pm to 2 pm Location: North (3rd floor LRC) and Lakeshore (Lakeshore Commons) Many campus departments and services are contributing stress-busting activities, including Humber Libraries, PALS, The International Centre Humber Athletics, FYE, Athletics, Aboriginal Resource Centre, HRT, the Math and Writing Centre, and the Arboretum.

Student Massage Therapy Research Night

On behalf of our third-year Massage Therapy students, the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism invites you to our annual Student Massage Therapy Research Night. Our students have conducted extensive research to better understand the effects of massage therapy on the human body. Please join us to observe their displays and celebrate their accomplishments. Refreshments will be provided.

Celebrate Humber's 50th Anniversary with FREE Massage Therapy days in the Student Massage Therapy Clinic (North Campus, A109). Open to faculty, staff and students in the following Schools:

  • Monday, March 6th - School of Social & Community Services
  • Friday, March 10th - School of Creative & Performing Arts
  • Monday, March 20th - School of Media Studies & Information Technology

Graphic Novel Panel

Writers and comic artists Ryan North (Romeo and/or Juliet: A Choosable-Path Adventure), Teva Harrison (In-Between Days), and Rosena Fung (comics in the Globe and Mail, The Boston Globe, and more) will be visiting Humber North Campus to answer questions and interact with Humber students and faculty.

CTL: Tech Talk - Making Your Online Content AODA Compliant

Ever wondered how to make your documents AODA compliant? Using the Check Accessibility option available in MS Office Suite, faculty can verify if their documents are accessibility friendly. Faculty will learn how to find common accessibility errors and how to fix them in a few short steps. Come and find out how your documents can be properly viewed by all of our Humber students.
