Support Circle for Black Employees at Humber College

On Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Tops supermarket in Buffalo, New York ten people were murdered and three people were injured in a racially motivated, terrorist attack on Black shoppers. Eleven of the 13 victims were Black. This horrific intentional act of anti-Black racism reminds us of the violence and hatred perpetrated toward Black people on a daily basis.

The Orientation Team within Student Success and Engagement (SSE) is excited to begin collaborating with academic faculties and campus partners in preparation for Fall 2022 Orientation. We look forward to working with you all to support new students in their transition to Humber College.

Orientation will comprise of virtual pre-arrival events, online guides and resources, program-focused Meet Your Faculty sessions, and on-campus events and activities.
