The Faculty of Business will launch a new Continuous Professional Learning Certificate in the fall that focusses on how to institute and elevate Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programs into workplaces. This new certificate will address strategic areas on EDI program development in an institutional setting, including how to address the complexity of EDI and belonging work, legislative compliance, managing EDI projects, educational pedagogy, and using resistance to ignite EDI organizational change.

This program will be developed by leading human rights and equity practitioners from Humber College, York University and the University of Toronto.
