Susan Roberton, Associate Dean, Continuous and Professional Learning, Faculty of Media & Creative Arts

I am pleased to announce Susan Roberton as the new Associate Dean, Continuous and Professional Learning - Faculty of Media and Creative Arts, effective April 1, 2021.

Susan is an accomplished businesswoman and educator. In her 20 years at Humber, Susan has held a number of roles, including co-ordinator of the Fashion Arts diploma program and the Fashion Management and Event Management postgraduate certificate programs. In her most recent role as Director of Professional & Continuing Education, Susan led a rebranding and growth of the Faculty’s CE offerings, including the revenue-generating one-year fee-for-service programs, and oversaw the development and launch of the sought-after AODA training courses.

Prior to Humber, Susan worked in the fashion industry as a buyer, merchandise manager, and sales representative. She also ran her own fashion-industry consulting business specializing in cut and sew manufacturing.

Susan holds a master’s degree in education from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from King’s University College at Western University. Additionally, she is a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach.
